Tube Amplifier is the first amplifier, this amplifier using tubes, the tube is like a lamp. The character from this amplifier is warm. Although this amplifier is old, but this amplifier is still produced, and many musicians still using this amplifier, especially metal musicians. But the quality of this amplifier depending to the tubes, the longer tube is used, the quality of amplifier will be worse than before. And this amplifier is expensive.
Solid State is the next generation of tube amp, and this amplifier made more simple, made without tubes. The character from this amplifier is more treble than tube amp. This amplifier is more durable than tube amp, because this amplifier is not depending to the tubes, because this amplifier is not using tubes. And this amplifier is cheaper than Tube Amplifier.
